Anna has been in the world of Theater since seven years old. From putting on back garden performances as a child to producing short films throughout college and university, Anna has always had a passion for making stories come to life.
Anna graduated with a BFA in Film and later went on to complete her Masters in Education for primary students and students with disabilities. Anna's passion for Theater grew into developing accessible performing arts programs for students aged 5 through 15.
Working as a Theater Teacher and Content Developer in Brooklyn, New York, Anna created and implemented engaging Theater and TV/Film classes and workshops for students to build their skills for university and beyond.
With over 11 years of teaching experience, Anna enjoys providing students of all ages a safe, collaborative and creative environment to engage in the magic of performing arts.
Classically trained, Steph has played a variety of roles from Shakespeare to Mamet, working in theatres in NZ and Australia. She has also appeared in numerous roles in film and television. Prior to returning to NZ she was awarded Best Supporting Actress in the Victorian Dramatic League for her role as Honey in ‘Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf’.
Steph completed her Film, Television and Theatre degree at Auckland University in 2005. She then went on to work under the guidance of such renowned directors as Ben Crowder, Tom Sainsbury and Michael Hurst.
In 2009 Steph moved to Melbourne and started her own comedy theatre company, Mellow Yellow Productions. During her time in Australia she also taught Theatre and Performance in Queensland and Victoria.
Steph recently relocated to the South Island with her family and has established the successful interactive theatre company, Lady Scarlett Murder Mystery.
